1992 Honda Civic – Sleeved B18C1 Turbo
Jeremi’s insanely-clean 1992 Honda Civic is back up and running with the new Laskey Racing sleeved short block, and ready to twist the rollers! Quick background: Jeremi has owned this car for quite some time, and has worked with National Speed’s Wilmington, NC shop since 2009! Jeremi’s been running on the same stock-sleeve 1.8L B18C1 engine we built for him back then, and in that time, it’s seen multiple iterations of the turbocharger system, various changes in the setup, and retunes along the way.
For the past few years, this car has been putting down ~470whp/350lbft on 93
octane , and with the short block as the only limiting factor, Jeremi decided to pull the trigger on the new engine build, and turn the wick up! With the Richmond, VA shop bringing this round of work to a close, we’re excited to get this gorgeous EG6 back in Jeremi’s hands, so he can enjoy the new setup for another 10+ years!Up next, she’s hitting the rollers to get dialed in by Vlad via Hondata S300. Stay tuned for results!
