    2005 Cadillac CTSV – Camshaft

I like big lobes and I cannot lie!

Casey decided he needed some more grunt from his bolt-on 2005 Cadillac CTS-V… so, the next logical step?

More bump stick! James set this LS6 up with a BTRIII camshaft and supporting valve train components from Brian Tooley Racing, along the other supporting modifications. After the installation was wrapped in the shop, the V1 hit the rollers to get dialed in by Dan via HP Tuners.

Once complete, Dan had the LS6 laying down 390.54whp & 361.74lbft. If you hear a ground-pounding chop at the stoplights, keep an eye out for this Corvette-DNA Cadillac!

  • 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra – Ported SC

2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra – Ported SC

James brought us his gorgeous Redfire 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra to get the factory Eaton M112 breathing more efficiently! After Stiegemeier Porting Services performed their full Stage-VII service on the 1.8L supercharger — including supercharger casing, plenum, and throttle body — Louis reassembled the Terminator, and then she hit the rollers to get dialed in by Vlad via SCT X3.

Pre-work, she baselined at 425.83whp, and after the work and Vlad’s calibration, output jumped up to a repeatable 488.64whp! While the peak gains show 62.81whp, areas under the curve showed nearly 75whp increase. Solid gains from efficiency & calibration alone! Side note, we don’t have post-work torque gains to share, as our ignition pickup had issues during the runs.

  • 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT-4

We love sleeper builds, and this one certainly qualifies! Shane brought us his 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT-4 from South Carolina, to take the next step up in performance! This round, we sent the factory turbocharger out to Realtune Performance for their Stage-II treatment, and once Kevin wrapped up the mechanical work in the shop, she hit the rollers to get dialed in by Vlad via HP Tuners.

The results? 363.38whp & 360.55lbft! Considering stock Caliber SRT-4s normally put down around 260whp & 245lbft on our dyno, these are some solid gains.

  • 2008 Ford Mustang GT – Supercharged

2008 Ford Mustang GT – Supercharged

Back in June, Jason brought us his 2008 Ford Mustang GT to get the 4.6L 3-valve set up with an E-Force supercharger system from Edelbrock Performance, clutch & flywheel setup from McLeod Clutches, custom fabricated electronic cutouts utilizing Vibrant Performance and Quick Time Performance components — and now, he’s back in to have the wick turned up!

This round, John set the S197 up with a set of long-tube headers fromStainless Works, pullied down the E-force one step, installed a Walbro255lph in-tank fuel pump (TU282HP-2 direct fitment), and then switching it up to HP Tuners MPVI2, Vlad was able to extract 482.07whp & 428.74lbft! A gain of 54.87whp & 30.11lbft from last round! Solid results from this 3-valve

  • 2012 Cadillac CTSV – Headers

James brought his beautiful Black Diamond 2012 Cadillac CTS-V in for the next round of modifications! Back in December of 2016, James brought us his then stock V2 (aside from the CORSA intake) for a Lingenfelter Performance Engineering 2.55″ upper pulley, solid isolator, and 160° thermostat, AFCO Racing heat exchanger, VariMax intercooler pump, Big 3 Racing intercooler reservoir, Injector Dynamics ID850 fuel injectors, and a custom calibration by Vlad via HP Tuners — the result was 547.83whp & 540.15lbft, gaining 104.40whp & 88.75lbft over baseline!

Since then, he’s gotten that itch for more, so now he’s back to take it up a notch! This round, John installed a set of Stainless Works long-tube headers & full exhaust system, stepped one pulley size down to a ZPE Griptech 2.45″ upper pulley, and then Vlad dialed her back in via HP Tuners — the results were exactly what we were gunning for: 617.89whp & 619.39lbft, a gain of 70.04whp & 79.24lbft!

~620whp/620lbft should definitely keep James pinned to the seat and grinning for a while, but knowing him, we’re sure to see back in a year or so for the next steps!

  • 2012 BMW 335i – Stop Tech & Tune

Guy’s 2012 BMW 335i is in for some all-around attention! Prior to adding even more go-fast parts, Guy wanted to equip his E93 with stop-fast parts. The solution? Complete front & rear big-brake kit from StopTech tucked nicely behind the Satin Titanium BBS CH-R wheels, with Motul RBF600 brake fluid transmitting the input. With stopping power addressed, we moved on to more power — with this N55 already equipped with a Pure Turbos Stage-II turbocharger, turbocharger-back exhaust system, upgraded intercooler, and a Burger Motorsports JB4, we topped off the fuel demands with a Fuel-It upgraded low-pressure fuel system. Up next, she’s getting dialed in on the dyno by Vlad. Stay tuned for results!

  • 1995 Toyota Supra – MoTeC

    1995 Toyota Supra – MoTeC

Sean’s Super Red 1995 Toyota Supra Turbo is wrapped up, dialed in, and ready to hit the road! Back in the early-2000s, this car was originally built by a legendary Supra shop of the time — this round, we gave some of the early-2000’s period correct aspects of the build a facelift.

Up first, we replaced the touchy quad-disc clutch for a far more streetable OS Giken TC Series twin-disc, installed updated timing components from Powerhouse Racing, refreshed the hydraulic system with OEM Toyota components, installed a MoTeC TCMux to allow for effective traction control calibration (because single-turbo Supra), and addressed an uncontrollable boost creep issue with a new turbocharger manifold from BP Autosports, LLC. (Ceracoted by our friends at Detective Coating), dual MV-S wastegates from TiAL Sport, and custom fabrication necessary for a clean installation.

With all the mechanical work wrapped in the shop, she hit the rollers to get dialed in by Vlad via MoTeC M600! On 93 octane, Vlad capped the boost pressure off at ~18psi, generating 626.25whp & 500.20lbft! For a daily drivable Supra, these numbers are absolutely perfect for pump gas! Stay tuned for race gas numbers to come!

  • 2015 Ford Mustang EcoBoost

    2015 Ford Mustang EcoBoost

Sinong’s 2015 Ford Mustang EcoBoost is alive, and better than ever! After suffering an engine failure, Sinong decided to take the opportunity to lay groundwork for future power goals, and upgraded to a Modern Automotive Performance built short block. After Louis wrapped up the mechanical work in the shop, she hit the rollers to get dialed in by Vlad via COBB Tuning‘s Accessport.

Breathing through the factory turbocharger, and transmitting power through the factory automatic transmission, Vlad was still able to extract 295.85whp and 367.87lbft from the 2.3L EcoBoost! This package will be an absolute blast on the streets!
